2011 ranger body lift? please read

hey there, just curious what year Performance Accessories 3" Body Kit did you buy? Mines also a 2011. The only difference is that it is has the FX4 Package. I'm looking to put a body lift on mine as well and i just want to make sure that i have all the facts right.
I've been reading on this forum here that torsion keys are bad for your truck and i don't want anything to wear out pre-maturely. I don't know if its good to add Lift Shackles and Torsion Keys together though like this little kit here... http://www.ebay.ca/itm/98-11-Ford-Ra...item1c21cfedd6
did you buy the Gap guards too? or are they even necessary?
I don't plan on changing the tires or rims unless it looks funny with the body kit. My truck has Wrangler Duratrack tires on it already so it looks alright.
i wanna know the best combination for the safety of my truck i'm just not 100% sure what is best yet... mostly worried about the torsion keys that everybody talks about on here..
if anybody else could help would be great too!
Thanks,
A New Ford Ranger Owner aka Bradey

I put keys on my ranger and experienced some mild vibrations. I only ran mine about 18000. Drivers axle was letting go, but I had mine turned way up. Not to mention ride stinks after. But, it looked awesome when done. Like the owner of this ranger, truck looks great. With all that said, ordered my stuff this morning. Damn the ride and burn the axles....

Might I clear up a matter, by adding a leaf, you dont increase payload, you make the vehicle able to carry the payload easier. Unless you change the frame and the way the suspension bolts to it, payload is not increased. Just don't want anyone to get wrong idea and over load their vehicle and harm themselves or anyone around them.

Nope - those are BFG KM2's.
According to this post of his - they are 35x12.5x15 Bfg KM2s, on the generic & basic steel Pro-Comp wheels (every company on the planet makes some): https://www.ranger-forums.com/vehicl...0/#post1945932

It probably wouldn't look awful, but there would definitely be some wheel gap. But, nobody makes a 3" suspension lift for 1998 and newer 4x4 Rangers. Your only lift options are a body lift or the 4" super lift.

I have 31"s on my 08 and am researching doing a 3" body lift and putting 33"s on. Is there a body lift people recommend? What do you guys think about putting 1" or 2" wheel spacers in? Will the 33"s rub the fender lip with wheel spacers on? Should I be doing the shocks at the same time? If I should do the shocks, what size should I be considering?
