3" Body lift questions
I'm looking to do a body lift on my 97 Ranger (manual) and I was wondering what possible problemsi could be running into with steering shifting etc

You should not encounter any problems. All you have to buy is the shifter extension and install it. Just follow the directions and you should be ok.

some cutting of the floor bezel might be needed if manual trans. search...tons of "body lift help!" threads around. Even if you don't have the same year as the thread, ALL the info is revelant to your truck.

Are the t-55 and t-50 the only bits I'll need to take off the bed and cab??

T55 for the stock bed bolts. 18 or 19mm hex for the cab bolts. Believe T35 or T40 or T37 for the rear cab jumpseats?

just get a complete torx set....i use mine quite a bit.

Yeah thats what I've been doin is going to Lowes like every night to get tools and stuff lol. Gotta love it
