Do you have a manual shifted T-case? If you do then you will have to do some cutting, and fab up your own, there is nothing aftermarket

If your talking about an extension for the manual t-case, you are about to tackle one of the biggest pain in the a$$ things i have had to deal with on my truck.
It will work with no extension but you wont be able to shift into 4low. After making a few extensions myself and none of them working the way i wanted to i finally broke down and took it to a shop to have it done.

Its not so much the floor that stops you from shifting it into 4low it is the shifter bezel.
Once you have the lift on when the shifter is all the way forward in 2wd its comes close to hitting the front of the bezel and when you try to put it in 4low it hits the bottom of the bezel.

Ok I got ya...did you ever try just buying a shifter extension for the transmission and seeing if you could mod it to make it work with the tcase. and what did they do at a shop for you

The trans shifter extension won't work on the transfer case shifter, there is no way. You will have to do something custom. Probably have to weld a section of steel to it to make it longer.

I made an extension for mine, wasn't hard at all. Although there wasn't enough clearance to use the fx4 style bezel, I was able to use the boots/bezel for an older dual stick ranger and I didn't have to trim it at all. Still has room to spare. Not as flashy as the fx4 bezel/boots, but more functional with the body lift.

Refer to this link for some info I posted about my t-case lever extension
https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ight=extension

Heres a pic of my boot setup.

Doubtful. The clearance in that bezel is just so minimal even without a body lift. The way the boots attach to that bezel makes it hard to trim as well. You MIGHT be able to make it work, but I suppose you'll be in for a good bit of trial and error.

yeah i had a bodylift on mine too. i had soo many problems trying to correct the tcase. i made an extension but it still would bind on 4low, and i had to whittle on the bezel. That bezel is 200 bucks too haha, i learned that the hard way.

I ended up spending about 5-600 replacing it all. that was the floor plate/boot, bezel, and shift boots.

im not trying to pee on your parade, haha just try not to cut the bezel if you can.

So what if i put a even longer extension on the tcase and kept it strong enough to shift into low....i really would like to keep it...but if all else fails i will just ditch it.

How about ditch the body lift since they look pretty stupid and save money for a real lift?

Hell I can see my frame and transfercase that looks like a set of dingle berries as is and I'm stock.

That and not having to modding anything is worth it to me.
