Yeah....its suggested to check torque on all bolts about 500mi after install. Did you use the supplied LockTite???? If you did, you shouldn't need any additional torquing.

Could be something completely else judging by all your front end problem threads lately.

Front cab bolts are right behind the bumper.
Middle cab bolts are under the carpet on the floor board.
Rear cab bolts are under the rear seats. In order to get to them you need to remove the rear jumper seats.

X2
Check the body mount bolts and if you're having some front suspension probs, you need to really check the front suspension out closely.

i did have ford look at it for the front suspension and they said everything checks out cept for the axle shaft that i had them replace. im fixn to buy new brakes, kinna think its the brakes makin most of the noise but not sure. either way its a good upgrade. lol. i need to have the front driveshaft looked at as well. it wiggles a bit. not sure if its the UJs or not though

If you paid to have the lift installed I would take it back to the shop that installed it. Have them tighten them and you dont have to do all the work.

^what he said! That'd be the first thing I did if I paid for it to be installed! If no luck with that then I'd go for it myself!

mine did that the first time after i went out, came back tightened them f-ers down nd no more knock! make sure you grab the ring on the bottom while someone turns the wrench up top! it likes to spin instead of tighten

I could be wrong but.. I don't think it's your BL at all... I think it's your front sway bar end link bushings. popping on body roll or un-even surfaces? Sounds about right.

it was the cab bolts. you could tell where everything shifted a little bit from the marks on the metal. there were other noises in the front end but i have since traded it off for a fx4 f150

no you just dont need to add your 2cents to every old thread here is a novel idea. when you open the thread pay attention above peoples posts on the left and look at the post dates
