Body Lift---Yay or Nay?

After debating this issue for a long time I would like to see about another two inches of lift on my truck to go with the new 33's. Since I am new to this lifted truck thing I thought I'd start off asking questions to those who have body lifts already. First off, for those of you with a body lift, how does it ride? That's my main concern.

Rides the same as stock. You change nothing with the suspension. The only thing I have noticed is steering isn't as smooth feeling holding on to the wheel because of the extension. Having a 5spd you will hear a little more road noise and shifting will not be as smooth, even with the extension. As far as ride quality... your tires will be the biggest issue.

ride is the same... being nothing in the suspension has changed.. now your center of gravity is a little higher but if you go to like 33x12.5 tires on wider wheels should pretty much handle the same...

i've had mine on for i think 2 years now with no issues and i have beat on it harder than most people i know beat on their vehicles.

its gonna drive differently because of the bigger tires and higher CG but thats about it

for its money you cant really pass it up

yeah i think im gonna do it...i haven't upgraded my shocks since I lifted it so I figure I'm gonna do it all at once...body lift/shocks etc...just curious of how itll look with about the 5-6 inches of lift with the 33's, although my Toyos are pretty aggressive. I just dont want it to look funny.

and where would be the cheapest place to pick up the body lift? should I go with PA?

Should look good, mine rides surprisingly good for what I've got done to it.
