If you have stock 15" wheels they are only 7" wide. You could mount 12.5" tires on them, but it's not recommended and several tire shops won't do it. Mine are mounted on 7.5" wheels and it is as narrow as I would want to go. It does float around a little with more aggressive driving or with a real strong cross-wind though.
If I were you I would go with a 15x8 with 3.75" backspacing or so. Here is how mine sat, just outside of the fenders but the truck stayed pretty clean with them in there. No rubbing anywhere with this setup, sway bars disconnected and full suspension travel, wheel cranked in either direction.
If you want something that stick out more you could go with a 10" wide wheel. I don't like the looks of them personally, but a lot of people do.

If you really wanted to keep the Alcoa's you could find someone who could widen them for you. Then you would have the only set of 15x8 Alcoa's. Or however wide you wanted to go.
There is a place in CA that will do it but it is pretty pricey if you ask me. Apparently they charge 225 PER RIM. The name of the place is Vaughn Machine in Monrovia, CA. (626)-358-6413
