Yeah but that many miles the seal in your engine are used to dino oil. Using synthetic could start a leak. Just go half and half with good stuff like Castrol Syntech Blend and then go to full synthetic on the next oil change. Just watch for leaks.
I run Castrol Syntech full synthetic oil and Lucas oil stabilizer with a Mobil One filter and I change it every 5000 miles. Next oil change I will be switching to Amsoil Signature oil and filter and I will be changing it every 7500.

I bought a 2003 last month and the previous owner used Valvoline 10w30. On recomendation here, I switched to Mobil 1 7500 ,a syn blend. The engine runs smoother and quiter, you cant hear it at stop lights plus gas mileage has increased dramatically.Its been 900 miles and im not seeing any leaks at all. 41000 original miles.Im gointg to put syn in the tranny and rearend too.Glad i switched!

At 125k miles I did a full straight synthetic.
If you plan on doing it, do it right: Get some Seafoam, run it through the engine, then stick a third of a can into your oil directly from the engine... drive it for a few days, or take a 100 mile road trip in it; then dump all the oil, buy a good filter (I recommend K&N due to the wlded on nut), and a few quarts of whatever synthetic you want... I used royal purple on mine, and it runs -fantastic-

Just to add extra info on top of my previous reply about this topic. My b2300, '94 has 253K miles and is still running great with no engine issue at all. I have tried all kind of oils throughout all these years. My finally conclusion is not what type of oil you use, it is how often you change your oil. Trust me, don't waste money on expensive oil that makes you think it will do more.

you guys sure have alot of wrong ideas about synthetic oils
It DOES NOT start leaks
It CAN be mixed with regular oil
It DOES NOT need to be slowly swapped to synthetic
Synthetic oil is thinner then regular oil. So if it starts to leak, its because you had a leak to begin with, the regular oil was just too thick to come thru
Most synthetic oils have seal restorers as well, but if you are worried, always try some high mileage oils.
You shouldnt have to do any slow swaps to full synthetic, because all engine oils miz together, you just wont see full life out of it if regular oil is mixed in
