i've been toying with the idea of putting either a tuned 2.3 or a 289/302 in my ranger within the next 2 years.
i would like at least 120 hp out of the 2.3
or 300 out of the 302
what should pricing be on a used carbed 2.3 that i could tinker with?
i've already done my research for the small block v8 swap and it could run me about 2000 dollars if i do most the work myself.
that would include axles and transmission...
any hints, tips, tricks or ideas would be much appreciated.
