Timing belt broke on a 95 Ford Ranger 4 cly, had mechanic look at it and put new one on, but broke harmonic balancer . Bought new one, still no power, asked him if he had it out 180 de., he said he was sure in time, now he said had to be censer, any ideals anyone?
