The Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve, or PCV valve, is a one-way valve that ensures continual evacuation of gases from inside a gasoline internal combustion engine's crankcase.
couldn't find anything that points to where it is though
i went to autozone for all my grade 8 hardware and the dude only had 7 bolts and no washers/nuts. so for the inconvience he let me have all 7 then i had to go over to pep boys and i asked if they carried the stuff and the girl working the counter (who was pretty cute) said uhhh i dunno go look on one of the back isles... pep boys employees are idiots imo
On my 94 2.3 it is located under the intake manifold in a very hard to see location. It's a little inline type without the 90 degree bend. It's easier to feel than it is to see under all the other intake stuff.
on my 96 2.3L it was on driver side front...let me go outside and try and geta pic for you
