00' 3.0L 2WD idler pulley bolt question?

Needing the dimensions on the idler pulley bolt.

Putting motor back together and realized I'm missing the idler pulley bolt, if anyone can get the dimensions off their bolt and let me know, would be a huge help and get me back on the road.

OK, my is all apart, I'll go check, give me 20 minutes.
How can you loose a bolt like that though, it's not that small ?
Were you working in the dark in a gravel drive way ?

Mine is 45mm long and is 10mm with a pitch of 1.5.
Do you have all the bits in the photo ?
This is the upper idler pulley, do you want the size on the tensioner, that I don't have, but it may be the same.

Took apart to change water pump wasn't in hurry, ended up leaving bolts and parts under hood for awhile, not sure if fell and storm took it or in engine laying somewhere, the one with the lock, I though was the tension pulley, and the idler pulley didn't have a lock in, may have the pulleys switched up, whichever doesn't have to lock bolt idler/tensioner is the dimension needed, thank you guys so much for helping out as well man really do appreciate, been sitting for about a year now lol

I'm also thinking the bolt pattern is the same, not sure though, but another question to be exact, the idler pulley is the one with the bolt lock, and tension pulley is the loose bolt? Or other way around

Mine has been apart a few times already dealing with new defective bearings and the last time I put the bolt in, it felt as if it was going to strip, so I don't want to take it apart again.
But I'm betting the bolt size is the same.
What about taking the tensioner off and simply going to the auto parts store with it ???

The tensioner is off called AutoZone for bolt, or even dimensions/specs to get from a fastener around town, and they told me for the bolt on their system it read nya and didn't give him any info and they didn't carry it, I've been looking online for the tension bolt specs but can't seem to find anywhere

It won't be an 8mm bolts _ too small.
A 12mm bolt will be too big.
That leaves a 10mm bolt and it will probably have thread pitch of 1.5.
The other common pitches are 1.0 and 1.25, but it's unlikely it will be those.

You should be able to walk into any hardware or auto part store and match it up.

At any rate, it's a special bolt with a large head so it will tighten down on the out race of the bearing, you'll probably have to get one from an auto wrecker or the Ford dealer.

15mm is the socket size, but the bolt will most likely be 10mm with a thread pitch of 1.5.
And how ever long it needs to be.
