has them for 291.00 for the 04 3.0L V6.. I wouldnt recommend K&N at all esp with these new mafs. Doug had problems tuning one on an 04 3.0 v6 and without his programming the engine LOST power. Also, ZaBeard took his K&N off (as have others) and returned it to stock because it was causing the MAFS to become oily and throw codes and run like crap. I will never use K&N but its all in personal preference.. it'd be interesting to see a dyno of one on a 3.0 v6 with no programming done.
