need idle trouble shooting help

iv cleaned the iac and the throttle body with sea foam and sea foamed the engine. still idles like ****. when u turn it on it just goes up and down and wants to die. i havent checked for vaccum leaks. i have unplugged the IAC to see if anything would happen like u troubleshoot the maf. but there was no idle change. i hurd that means ur IAC is bad. it throws a p1507 code. IAC not working up to standards. for get the real name but thats what it means. anything else to check rather then vacum leaks and replace the IAC

Might be worth replacing the throttle position sensor (TPS). It controls the butterfly and if the unit is damage physically or internally at the circuit, it could also add to a fluctuating idle.
