Ok guys ive been doing a lot of reading but havent come accross a strait forward tutorial on how to do a manual swap.... So far i know that the manual has to come from a 3.0 4x4 any year... or 2x4 but tail housing is different and would have to be switch... But what about little parts here and there i got this list from TrePauls thread

Manual trans with tail housing (Year and motor dependent)
Flywheel (New or machined)
Starter (adaptive to manual trans)
PCM (manual trans, preferably the PCM from the truck you pulled the tranny from)
Wiring harness
Pedal assembly
Master clyinder
Clutch resevoir
Clutch line
Slave cylinder -
Clutch kit
New steering column surrounding plastic
Floor plate with hole cut for manual trans shifter
Plastic piece with rubber boot that goes on top of the floor plate -
Trans shifter
Shifter Boot - Unsure yet, going to have one made I think
Floor bezel (bezel with cup holders, expo console or what have you) - Using my console


So out of these parts which ones will come off of other models... I know that theres a 4.0 at the local wreckers with a bunch of parts like pedal will they work???
