Cams and Carbs

Can you cam out a 2004 3.0? and can you somehow put a carburetor on the same engine?

yes you can cam it, but do rockers 1.8's easier done. As for the carb I think not-- why would ya, maybe an older disributer modle engine you can you'll need a manifold--- 2.9 stuff maybe.
