3.0 gone crazy.

3.0 gone crazy.
I have an 05 ranger 3.0 2wd. 5 days ago I started the truck and it was mis-firing so badly that I was afraid I was going to break a mount or something. I shut off the engine and checked under the hood thinking that what ever it was would be obvious because it had run perfect just 2 hours earlier. I didn't find anything and started the engine again and it ran perfectly. Fast forward to the next morning, I get in the truck to go to work and when I turn the key... notta, nothing, zippo. The starter turns and the engine acts like it wants to fire but immediately dies. The codes I read at this time were P0300, P0301, P302, P304. My first thought was the coil pack. A local parts store "said" they could test the unit and they confirmed the unit was bad. $85.00 later I am at home and install the new unit. Start the truck and there is no change at all. Next I checked the plugs, that I had just installed a few weeks ago, and this is where things get a little confusing for me. The right bank (driver's side) of pluga were all very black and sooty and the left bank plugs were all black and soaking wet to the point that they were dripping wet. I have checked the MAF, TPS, CPS. I have checked the resistance on all 6 injectors and they read fine. Fuel delivery is good the the O2 sensors are good. Have any of you guys heard of or experienced this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or insight.

well yeah they're gunna be wet because each time you start it your throwing more and more fuel into it. if they're black that means its either burning oil or running really rich. P0300 is a random misfire.
thats not a huge help but thats all i can think of at the moment.
edit:
all data says to check:
cam position sensor
egr valve.

Those cylinders are sequential in the firing order (142536),
which is significant. Actually this is the first half of the entire
firing order. Since the ECM identifies the start of the
firing order by a signal from the CPS (crank position sensor),
I'd start there.
It could be the sensor is dirty with metallic particles,
or maybe too close or too far from the toothed ring?
Maybe the connector isn't getting a good contact,
etc. Anyway, I'd take a good close look at it.......
Also take a look at the plug-in for the coilpack.
