3.0 injectors

i have a 99 ford ranger 3.0 and was wondering if 4.0 fuel injectors would fit and work correctly? They look exactly the same as the 3.0 ones. Thanks for the help in advance!

what part numbers are on the 3.0L compared to the 4.0Ls? do the plugs fit? Find out the flow rate and all that from each injector.

ok well i found them on ebay there bosch injectors and i know 2 of my injectors or on the outs. ill see if i can find part number on the ones on ebay.
