P1000 I/M readiness not complete code?
#2
More drive time is needed to complete all OBDII monitors and clear the P1000. This prevents owners from simply resetting the PCM to clear all trouble codes before a state inspection.
The recommended drive cycle to clear the P1000 is given here:

Well im a Georgia inspector and have a tune in my truck too in Ga and mostly any state that does OBD2 test p1000 is aautomatic fail but the biggest thing about i/m most go through relatively quickly the 2 that most cars take forever on is cat and evap get a scanner that shows the individual monitors. EVAP and CAT efficiency are the two that take forever EVAP is very picky you need like 3/4 of a tank and a couple cold starts to get that one but cat will never go through if your always nailing it 55mph is the magic number for that one! now most states will pass with 7of 8 so make sure you have those and you should be fine.
