Icon5 please help!!!!!!!!!! :help[1]:

ok so this is my second motor in my truck and recently it started shakein funny and with 245*** miles i jus thought it was some more suspension problems that i could live with...but then it got so bad it ratteled my passenger side door panel screws out and it kept getting worse and its always shifted kind of hard but not bad and it stoped shifting hard for about 2 days and then it started viberating terribly bad right before it would shift and when it was in park it wouldnt viberate un till you reved it a little then it sounded like you had a freakin tiger in the tank. So i started listenin to it and it sounded like it was comeing from the bell housing so i crawled under it and got my dad to start it and then i knew it was in the bellhousing so we called our family mechanic to come take a look at it and all he would tell me is to not drive it so i didnt. He also told me to take it to his house so we did and the next day he said it was the torque converter so he changed that he drove it down the road and it still did it so he called up the folks where we got my motor and it was still under warnnty so they gave us another and he is putting it in now and i was wondering if any of you guys could possibly tell me what yall think it is
BTW I thought it was just the fly wheel lose but he didnt think it was that

If i had the money i would pay who ever knew what it is and idk if it helps but the tranny is a A4ld or whatever the ranger auto is they put behind the 3.0 in 93
