Nice looking stuff. You'll get more readers if you make a better title on the topic. I've found some of your topics useful so I read it this time -- but some may not.
Are you getting it? Are you buying a chip and all also? I don't know anyone running the Diablo chip these days -- I wonder how good it is?

Ha, I wish! No, I'm just saving up for my 33x12.50s right now. My wheels come in tomorrow!! I will def consider this site when I'm lookin for some power, though. I really like the carbon fiber heat shield. I don't know about getting an air intake becuase I've only heard horror stories about them.

Unfortunately, the title editor only changes the sub-title on your first post!
Ask a mod to change it if you like -- but it's cool. I remind people from time to time because if you miss even a single day of looking at the board you can come back to 5 or more pages of topics! Having decent titles helps you wade through it to the things which interest you -- at least for me.
I found the Diablo Delta's with 2 programs installed, for about $220 which puts them on par with single program chips from others. Only thing is how it's such a big circuit board -- I wonder if there's room behind the PCM for it? I'd like to see how one attaches in a Ranger.

There is a plate on the back of the PCM you have to remove to piggyback the chip onto the PCM board inside. If you are out of warranty then that is fine, but if not, I would go with the tuner. With the tuner you can have new programs emailed to you and tweaked for free. The chip you have to send back to have it reburned for a fee.

Well, I know how the chip connects -- but if it sticks out the back, there's a problem. I haven't seen one that piggy-backs OVER the board inside if that's how it goes. Most of them project from the rear of the case in some way. The way our PCM mounts, sometimes you have to actually put a spacer/gasket piece that is thicker on the outside to remount the PCM.
If you look at the Diablo Delta shown in the pictures, it's an oddly shaped (like a demon head) circuit board with quite a bit on it compared to say a "SuperChip" style module. Maybe the Ranger ones don't look like that and it's just for dramatic illustration -- don't know.
I don't know as I'd need the chip reburned too much. I just want your basic "more" and don't need the advanced "most", lol.
