Warmed up truck, now not starting
I warmed up my Ranger for a few minutes, turned it off to use the key to lock up the house, tried to re-start and nothing. Plenty of battery juice. Just doesn't turn over. Never happened before. Any ideas?
It's raining but it's Seattle so that's nothing new. Dampness hasn't affected it before. Did I flood it somehow?

If your starter is not cranking the engine, you could have a bad cell in the battery. I would suggest jumping the terminals on the starter solenoid on the fender well and see if it turns over. If it doesnt (just clicks) then you probably have a bad battery or bad relay or bad starter. Try jumping it off a good battery and see what happens.
