88 Ranger, Fuel Return Line Cracked
This Ranger has 2 fuel pumps, 1 in the tank and 1 on the driver side frame, the fuel return line that runs from the pump on the frame to the tank is cracked and can not be repaired, it's to brittle and keeps cracking.
Ford stopped making the replacement line in 2006, I need to build or buy a new line. Where can I buy 5 foot of the hard plastic fuel line that Ford used and replacement elbows for the connections, I need 1 straight and 1 90 degree fitting for the connections.

Not technically 'legal' as I believe DOT reg's stipulate a maximum of 12" of soft fuel line at any one time, but you could buy a run of EFI-rated fuel line and hose clamp it for now (I guess it would be about 5/16"), which would work until you can find the proper part and replace it. I don't condone it officially but it will work as a temporary fix. IIRC, both the outlet on the top of the tank and the inlet on the pump are male fittings with close to an inch of area to clamp to, so it shouldn't be too difficult. The intank pump only puts out a few PSI, whereas the inline pump is the one that cranks up the pressure for the EFI system.
Should be enough to get you around for a while until you can fix it properly assuming that this is your DD truck and you're stuck for a set of wheels. Also, be sure to check the high pressure side as well since your low pressure line has crack, its most likely ready to let go as well. IMO, you mind as well replace it anyways while you're at it to avoid any issues down the road but thats just a general bit of advice, thats all. Hate to tell a guy what to do with his own truck! LR

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I have tried them all with no luck. I guess it's off to a junk yard or getting lost in the Internet trying to find the correct parts to make what I need.
The truck is not my daily driver, it was inherited and I'm just fixing it up, it has been mostly sitting for the last 12 years, only being driven a few hundred miles the last few.
