Yes, same block and heads, you will need to use lower and upper intake from the '01 on the '95 block and heads.
You will also need to swap over the Cam Position sensor and housing from '01, '95 used a different kind, or just get a new one as they tend to wear out at 80k miles.
Exhaust manifolds and accessories should just bolt up.
The reason you need the lower intake is because you need the '01 fuel injectors, they are for 65psi fuel pressure, '95 had 35psi fuel pressure.
Upper intake has all the sensors and controls, they will be different from '95 to '01, so you need to use '01 so wiring will work

Thanks for that great info will the fuel injectors from a 2000 and harness work with the 01 ,i got a messed up deal going here ,bought the 95 engine for the 00 ,but now we found out it has frame damage and engine motor mounts wont line up ,and before i go looking at a 01 with no engine ,i want to make sure the 00 fuel injectors and harness will work ,thanks again ,hope it is not to confusing.
