its super easy to just make one.
you can do it with PVC pipe from any hardware store that carries it.
just add on a rubber elbow joint that you can buy from advanced auto and buy a K&N cone filter.
or go to any shop that does custom exhaust welding, their throw away pieces are usually long enough for a short pipe intake.
it may not look as pretty as a ready made kit, but it will accomplish the same goal :)
take a picture of your engine bay and post it up (getting a good angle on the stock intake and the IM)
below is an early picture of the intake on my 3.0, it is now chambered from the rest of the engine with air coming into the chamber from right behind the head light. (nothing blocking it anymore as I removed all that junk...)
