Right Muffler?

I'm new to the whole truck thing (first vehicle) and I want to put a new muffler onto my truck. From what I have read, the Flowmaster 40 is the best muffler for a good sound. I want it to have a nice rumble, not ricey. I think this will work but I just want to make sure. The exhaust on it now is 2" going in and 2.25" going out, so I will need a adapter to enlarge it.

My truck is a 2004 Ford Ranger Edge. Thanks for your help.
