Running rough

My truck is running rough, shaking slightly at idle and hesitating when accelerating. I thought it might be bad gas or something, but having gone through a couple tanks and adding some Heet it didn't help. Then I changed the spark plugs thinking that might do the trick but it didn't help either. Any other ideas?

had something similar and it turned out to be dry rotted spark plug wires that look good but when bent would snap in half.

hesitating when accelerating might be caused by a bad TPS

Highly unlikely a bad TPS, in OBDII, it has several reference points for voltage (KOEO, idle, 30 MPH, 60 MPH, etc), if it is not within the very tight tolerances (We are talking usually an acceptable range of .050v) it will trip a Circuit Malfunction DTC.

Given the carbon-harvesting nature of the 3.0, I would recommend removing the intake manifold, cleaning it by hand, remove the EGR valve sampling tube, cleaning it by hand, remove the IAC, cleaning it by hand and then finish it all off with a nice dosing of Seafoam.

Thanks. I will get to it as soon as I figure out how, haha. Anyone have a repair manual PDF?
