No power at startup

No power at startup
Recently, when I first start up my truck I have to rev it to about 3000 rpm to get it moving. If I wait about a minute or more it will be normal. This only happens when the engine is cold.
Anyone have any clue what could be causing this power loss? Once I start driving it, it's fine.
Its a 2000 3.0L flex fuel
