Ok Guys, I went and had the pullies installed at a shop. I dont have air tools and didnt want to mess with it. They got it done in a hour! There was an issue with the alternator pullie though, when he put it on it sat flush against the alt housing, so we decided to grind some of the alt face off, worked perfectly!
Performance...I cant tell a huge difference!? There is definetly something though, but from most of these posts, I was expecting a little more.
I am glad I got them, becuase with this 3 liter, EVERYTHING HELPS!
My question is what the next best thing?

yeah not all alts are made the same apparently some will need to be grinded down some. Glad to hear you got them on. I did mine on my own went to a local shop and asked the guy if I could do it and said sure, the alt was the easiest to put on, the rest was.... well after a trip to advance... it was cake... went for a day with jsut the alt pulley on and man that thing sounded sick cause it sounded like a supercharger... the pulleys work best in the upper rpms, and yeah it may not feel any different but when you come up to another 3.0 ranger you will definitely tell they are there

ya I have to setup an photo bucket account or something though. Ill get them up a soon as i can though.
so i cant get an xcal3 right, that doesnt work with the 3.o? I really need to get gears but dont know where to start. my fuel economy sucks bad..... i was thinking 411 or something, i have 373 in a 7.5 now, and need better fuel economy and more umph!

on the alternator grinding- it seemsto be an issue with about 1 out of 20 trucks. It is very random- like a casting variance in the alternator housing. I did a write up that covers the whole install, including the possible alt problem:
