Rebuilt motor, wont run right

I bought my ranger off a buddy it threw a rod bearing so the motor got rebuilt. Got it running and it ended up bending an intake valve within 150ft down the st on the first drive. Now thats all fixed and its all mechanically ok now it runs horribly. Very choppy idle almost seems like its down a cylinder. Iv checked all the sensors on the intake, checked for vacuum leaks, tried unplugging different sensors checked the injectors, it has new plugs and they all look good and clean so it appears all cylinders are firing. I havent gotten any engine codes so im lost. Any help would be appreciated. Only thing else i can think of is where the truck was outside no hood for a while with the engine out the exhaust got full of water and it still has condensation comming out the tail pipe 2-3 days later of running not sure if the water is stuck and messed anything up.
