rough idle..

I changed out all of my spark plugs yesterday. Not bacause they needed to be, but because it had been 6 months since the last change. Anyway, now my truck has a slight miss at idle. Not really a continuous miss, just misses every 10 seconds or so. Before this, the truck was idleing very very smoothly. I changed the wires also, and re-checked the gap.(.044) No CEL is on, and no code can be found at Auto Zone. Any ideas?????????????

Well, I talked to a friend of mine, and he said that he went to Autolite Double Platinum as well, and that his car started doing the same thing. So I went and got some Autolite Platinum plugs and chenged them out. took care of the problem. Crazy how the cheaper plugs made the truck run better. Might be something to try if your having the same problems.
