One of your temp sensors is not reading right, it should be triggering a richer mixture at cold start, it is trying to run like it is warm outside and is much too lean.

This problem can also be due to the fuel regulator on the fuel rail losing function, or the vacume line to it becoming damaged. it can create either too rich or too lean conditions, although i would think too rich would set off the CEK for the o2 sensors. but it will definately effect fuel economy.

Another point to check would be the wires going into your negative battery terminal, The fuel pump has its own ground connection there that if it faulters will cut out your fuel pump or reduce its pressure potential.

Same problem just different engine, could be negative terminal on battery or fuel pressure regulator,Vacuum hose to pressure regulator may be cracked and leaking. Im not sure which temp sensor sets up cold start mixture but that could be bad as well.
