swapping a 3.0 to a 4.0

Okay lets do this agin. Guys I am goint to the yard tomorrow. I was given a call today from a buddy of mine that works for the yard. He asked me to come down and take a look. They had a 01 4.0 auto with power windows and cruise control. They offered me the truck for $500. Well I declined as it had front structural damage and the only person I know that can fix that is WVCAT Lol.

Okay what I did do is tell him I will be back tomorrow; because i would like to do the conversion from a 3.0 to a 4.0 and from manual to a auto. Okay I think the swap should be straight forward; but please add to the post if needed. I will be able to get all your post tomorrow on my blackberry. Thanks

List

1- engine
2- tranny
3- rear end
4- all harness to make swap easy/ computer
5- steering column ( entire unit)
6- dash ( because i harness is already connected and all i would have to do is swap it with mine)
7- master cylinder

Crossover pipe on the exhaust is different. Make sure they don't cut the a/c lines when pulling the motor, they are different to.
