hey guys has anyone here ordered 3.0 headers from jba. I order a set from a website that is use quite a bit. Ne-ways my headers cam in today and one of my headers has a spot for the egr valve but my 04 doesnt have an egr valve on my stock headers, i was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

 

034x4 had the same thing. i think he plugged the hole up with a bolt and welded it. im not 100% sure though.

 

well thanks for the help but i just got off the phone with the owner of the website and we figured out that they are the wrong headers completly

 

^ ok, but yea if that ever happens again, you can just throw a bolt in it like jey

 

How much hp/tq do the headers give us 3.0's

 

Not enough to spend massive amounts of money on.

 

also i heard they only get useful around the 4500RPM mark if you didnt have a bamachip already that would have been a much better investment and cheaper for the same or more of a gain

 

with the jba headers and exhuast its 22 hp, plus some extra gas mileage...not much

btw i have them, they are awesome

 

how hard is the install? how much did the headers cost you?
