My ford ranger is bogging down, accelerates poorly, weird noise coming from the exhaust, it shakes bad at idle, happened out of nowhere, also the temp gauge is past the cold mark when it starts up and very very gradually climbs up to the normal mark, its only ever at the Cold mark in the dead of winter. any helpful suggestions whats wrong? No check engine light either. thanks for your help
