Flex Fuel

anyone ever used ethenol in there truck, i have a flex fuel truck just wondering if anyone has any input.

you will lose some mpg.....shouldn't see much power loss......i don't know why you would want to with the way gas is coming down in price....E85 is prolly more expensive...

i was just getting some of yalls input not planning on it, i know it must be nice for yall in the states at lik 2.30 or so for a gallon. im in germany and i pay 3.26 still.

OUCH!! here in southern Indiana i am paying anywere from $2.15 to $2.30 for it depending what city i am in....

didnt want to, gas price for one, these roads are frikken small, the autobahn is nice, also had alot of miles on it so i was letting it catch up a bit

Running E85 you lose MPG, hp, and money. But it's not from the middle east and produces cleaner emissions.

Wow, I just paid 2.69 and I thought that wasnt to bad...

On a national average, E85 costs more than gasoline. Your area may be different, but I'm not just talking about your area.

E-85 nets you an ~5% (or is 5 HP?) GAIN, not loss in horsepower. You sacrifice by getting 20-30% less mpg.

rangers are rated at 7 more hp or so with e85 compared to 87 fuel...
