As it has been said before. Headers,roller rockers,tune,4:10 gears and pulleys will all help performance of a 3.0.
Any time you improve airflow in [1.7 Roller rockers] and out [Headers] of a internal combustion motor you will see gains.Pulleys reduce drag on the accessories and a tune will give you throttle response and control shift firmness on a automatic.
My best advice is do what feels right for you and F the negative people who have no real advice.
