ok i have a haynes manual and it tells me the lobe lift for all lobes should be: .260".the cam is measuring different tho. to the eye under magnification there is no wear at all. remember this motor only had 67000 miles on it. and ran perfect. stampings on the cam are: YF1E BA 292 01 Y 16.39.
on intake lobes i get:.250"and the exhaust i get: .263". or vise versa i cant remember.
any info would be great thanks.

.260" is for the older cams - yours is a "split profile" the intake has a shorter duration and less lift. You're golden...
