Engine Ticking Need Help

My engine is ticking, if you touch the alternator you can feel it but its not the alternator because I changed it and it is still doing it, what else could it be? I dont think it could be a lifter/valve because it is to slow compared to the rpms.

Could be the idler or the tensioner pulley. I replaced the idler on mine and still had a little chirping noise. Installed a gatorback belt and the noise went away. Possible?
