08' 4.0 SOHC- feeling sluggish?

Hey guys my truck has about 30,000 miles on it. Lately its been feeling really sluggish off the line and after shifting gears. I've had regular oil changes....and I have run injector cleaner.

Any idea's? Im planning to change the fuel filter on saturday, and replace the airfilter... I have a k&N in there right now with about 20,000 miles on it...

Other than that any idea's? Should or can I clean the throttle body or does it have that teflon coating? Also any chance the throttle cable is stretched out this soon??

Kinda sucks to drive like this. LOL

If that K&N air filter is an oiled one, it could have dirtied your mass airflow sensor.

Ya I always figured that with the K&N since putting it in, the truck lost its pep, but still had lots of power... now its just feeling doggish
