the connections might be bad or have some corrosion, best bet would be to find the wires around the seatbelt and check them out, other gys might have better ideads, ive never had the problem personally tho

I just unplugged the wires that go from the seatbelt to the floor. It stopped the beeping even though the only time i dont wear my belt is when i drive half a mile down the road to the gas station from work

It might be the Switch in the door is sticking.
Do you get a Door Ajar light on the Dash ?
Try spraying the door latch ALOT with something like WD-40, then open and close the door ALOT and see if that helps.
If this isn’t it sorry, just thinking aloud.

I have tried to unplug it off of the floor. Its just wont stop even when im wearing the seat belt it keeps going off. And i do have the Door Ajar thing but it never goes off when the seat belt guy comes on blinking. ....
This is what happends i start the truck. The seat belt beeps and the little guy lights up... And i put the belt on..... But it stilll beeps and the little guy never comes on just the beeping. Even when i unplug it the under the seat the seat belt guy will no longer come on... however the beep keeps going off..

Has this truck ever been in a wreck that you know of that may have set off the air bags ?
You're sure it's the seatbelt minder and not the airbag light ?
A malfunction in the airbag system will set off a constant beeping.

I know this isn’t the case here, but here is a trick I had for my explorer. When I am hunting or using my truck on private land, I got sick of the beeping seatbelt reminder. I went to the ford dealer and asked for Seat belt extenders. When I am hunting I plug them in and the truck thinks I am belted. The best part is the ford dealer gives them away free as they want to make sure pleasantly plump people have seatbelts too LOL!

Thats if the owner went through insurance to get it fixed. If they paid out of pocket it wouldn't be on a autocheck or carfax.

True unless there was not a police report made on the wreck. And he drove it home parked and took it to buddy's shop.... The reason why you would either have to take it to a buddys shop or do it your self is cause here in WI by law all body shops must report the VIN # to the police when they do repair if they do not have a police report from the insurance company.Just in case it is wanted truck or car by the police for whatever reason.Anytime a police report is made autocheck picks it up even if you hit a kid walking down the road ive seen that one before on trade in when i worked for dodge.Lol but every state is different... so i'd make sure you know your state laws and always try to get the name of the last owner so you can also run their name through the circuit courts if you have a carfax that says it clean but really may not be you can see if any tickets were given out to the drive under his or her name. And also can see if they have been given any tickets in the truck for speeding,,burning the tires up etc...
