After having my truck down for going on a year I am at a place financially where I can afford to fix the leaking cylinder head. So here is my parts list, please let me know if there is anything I have not listed which is required or you would recommend. Thanks!

Cylinder head gasket set (Felpro)
Head bolts (Felpro)
Exhaust gaskets
Push rods
Water pump
2x oil change
Spark plugs
Ford factory service manual

So far things I was not planning on replacing. Would you say it is appropriate to inspect these items and reuse if they appear okay?...
Roller lifters
Rocker arms
Valve covers

 

i didnt see a valve cover or intake manifold gasket set
