299 HP - What Can I do Next?

Had my truck up on a trailer-dyno system last week and brought in 299HP and 317 ft-lb TQ.
I have reprogrammed my ECU with a power programmer for more power, cut the bottom of the air box off and installed a high-flow lay-flat filter, have a Flowmaster Delta 50 muffler... What else can I do for a little more power without blowing the engine or driveline parts?

Thanks All

headers, full exhaust, better coil, port and polish the heads, super charger... your question was a bit vague...
whats your goal and budget

This is a complete lie. For us to completely believe you post you dyno sheet.

My truck when I ran it back in school made around 175 and thats with a sct xcal, k&n filter, exhaust. Here are my results. see we need proof to actually believe you.

The normal upperend limit for torque of an N/A engine is about 80 ft lbs per liter.
80 x 4 liters = 320 ft lbs
This guy is at 317 ft lbs with a ranger engine? Really?

I'm not gonna jump on the poke fun bandwagon but I would like to see a dyno sheet seeing as I have an exhaust and tune also. I don't have headers but can't see them being that much of a gain. I also hope your not running a 150 shot of nitrouor constant on stock internals or something is gonna give.

I don't wanna brag but my ranger jumps up to 388 horsepower with my jetski in the truck bed. Best mod so far.

Not sure about torque...do jetskis have torque?? lol

You guys have yet to allow the OP to respond.
As said above, it could be a typo.

Lets keep the picking and poking to a minimum please.

I was in the hospital you guys... Anyway, it was stock at 218 HP.
Upgrades that made it to 299HP
Intake (K&N 57i Series FIPK Intake)
JBA Ceramic Coated Titanium Headers
Magnaflow High Flow Cats
Electronic Actuator Dump Valve (exhaust dump, hehe)
750cc Bosch Fuel Injectors
MSD 6AL Ignition Controller
MSD Coil Wires (8.5mm)
NGK Platinum Plugs
Diablosport Custom Tuner/Programmer
I run 93 Octane and fuel octane booster in every fill up
I run full synthetic oil
299HP is actually kind of low...

your ranger does not make 218 stock. i'm sorry, but whoever told you that is just plain wrong. rated for like 205 at the flywheel.
