How many bolts are attached from engine to transmission on a 2003 4.0l v6 sohc ford ranger? I took off 7?

Sounds about right, most use 6 bolts
But the 4.0l SOHC has 1 more than the 4.0l OHV

The engine only only touches the top 60% of the bellhousing/transmission, no bolts below the crank, and below that is the oil pan
