Hi All,

I'm gonna service my cooling system and replace a few hoses and my thermostat in the 4.0L. Anyone know how to check what temp it is? Or is there a standard. I see 3 possible types. Its a stock engine except for K/N air filter. Im the original owner and I live in California.

Any suggestions?

the only way to tell is to take it out and read the bottom of it....the opening temp is stamped into the bottom of it.....

I think its a 192, well most are. I only know of cooler ones to buy not hotter. Stick with the stock one.

 

+1 stay with the stock temp!
