Hi , I'm new to the site (not to engines). I am going to buy a 2011 ranger that caught my eye and created new questions. It is listed as a 4.0 sct edition cobra. My first question is , why cant I find any info about this model of Ranger's existence ? Was there an sct edition ever made there is nothing but the listing online. Also my other concern, It is impossible to find a pre-fab turbo manifold for the 4.0 sohc , you either have to weld a flange to the headers or do remote mount. With that said , is the 3.5 litre ecoboost v6 turbo manifold compatible with the 4.0 v6 sohc engine. I was hoping to run 5psi until I could afford pistons crank and rods . But I dont want to remote mount or cut and weld my own(more than capable just dont want it to be ugly). By the time its all said and done I hope to have around 320-350hp.
