wait, do they have that free shipping/make offer deal on a 2.5/2.5 one as well? If not, it doesnt matter, an exhaust shop can make it work either way

the only ones i can find with the 2.5 duel outs are the delta or the super. I just want the original 40, but you are right a shop can take a 3in inlet and bring down to a 2.5 in a inch or so.

I want to hear mine. I think I will go with the flowmaster 40.

I already have the duel tips on. What do you think it will cost me to have them just put the muffler on?

Probably around $50. A local shop here swapped 2 mufflers for another 2 in an existing exhaust in a friends truck for about $75. That was two mufflers, you only have one.

I've dealt with those guys. I offered $50 (was $60) for a O/O 2.25" ports and they accepted. Now I'm just waiting for them to ship

I got mine put in from Midas, told me it was a 40 series but i didnt even bother to read my receipt carefully and they installed an 80 series one. SUCKS...Its not bad it sounds pretty good actually, but r the 40's alot louder? When i start my truck up it sounds nice, cant hear it idle, but when i drive u can hear the runble. Its pretty throaty.
