fuel pump wont turn on
alright so my fuel pump isnt turning on, i changed it from the stock one which i thought didnt work till i took out my stock fuel pump and did i test on it and worked but couldnt be put on cuz i broke a plastic part. and i just put a new one like 2 months ago. and it now doing the same thing. im thinking its not the fuel pump. i testing it tomorrow to see if it is, ive read alot of other people with the same year model as mine have the same problem . im thinking its mabey the fuel reset .
btw i have a 04 ford ranger with the 4.0 and only has 70K miles so any help guys.

Check the inertia switch (fuel reset switch) behind the passenger side kick panel. Make sure the harness is plugged in all the way also. Mine pulled out a few years ago and I couldn't reset the switch until it was pluged back in. Check the fuse and relay for the fuel pump if the reset switch isn't the problem.
