Check engine....oh boy

My check engine light came on in the truck, the code is PO1400 DPFE low voltage and PO1401 EGR insufficient Flow.

I think i understand how to change the DPFE, (just two bolts and plug in the wires?)
but where is the EGR and how hard is that one?

also is it true that all i have to do is unplug the battery and turn the headlight switch 10 times and it resets the codes ( i read it on here, so i will try it haha)

thanks for the help
