i have an 07 ranger 4.0 fx4 and am having a problem with my check engine light coming on it a po71 code lean bank 1 i changed fuel pump filter o2 sensors and cleaned the maf can anyone help me diagnose and fix this problem

 

P0171? Bank 1 lean?

You replaced stuff that affects both banks, not just one. Look for a vacuum leak, or something else localized to bank one.
