A glasspack is loud. I used to have a 22" on my truck and went to a quieter Borla muffler.
Here is a link to a few clips of my glasspacks on my 4.0: https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ad.php?t=50749

I dont think glasspacks sound great on anything but a v8. Id stay away from the glasspacks. But chery bomn does make mufflers. Their loudest is the extreme muffler which is 1 chamber. They also have the vortex muffler which is probably more suitable for a ranger, and sounds similiar to Flowmaster 40 series muffler i believe. Or you could go with flowmaster. They do make a muffler made more for the smaller engines like a v6 with their 60 series.

You'll probably get a little better mileage and your performance may be a little better, but not enough to notice.

You'll throw CELs and won't pass inspections.
